The RS1430B?is a high-speed, low-power, single-channel, 16-bit analog-to-digital converter designed with the SAR architecture, with a maximum sampling rate of 400 KSPS. The RS1430B supports single-ended and pseudo-differential inputs, as well as the SPI serial interface standard, with an external reference voltage that can be set arbitrarily within the range of 0.1V to VDD.
