RS1461 is a low-power, single-channel, single-ended input 12-bit analog-to-digital converter with a sampling rate of 1MSPS, which can meet most of the low-latency, high-speed industrial application scenarios. RS1461 supports a variety of serial interface standards, such as SPI、QSPI、MICROWIRE, and many common DSP?serial interfaces. RS1461 uses the supply voltage as a reference, with a signal-to-noise ratio of 71.5dB and a maximum INL/DNL of 1LSB, with a dynamic power consumption of 4.5mw or 11mw in 3V and 5V power supply scenarios, respectively.
